ABOUT US
FireWatch was founded by Richard McCreight and Gus Calderon.
Richard has over 25 years of aerial imaging experience and has researched and fought nearly 75 wildfires for the U.S. Fire Service’s Fire Science Lab. Richard's research led to a NASA-sponsored project to monitor global environmental climate change.
Gus is a commercial pilot with 25 years of aviation experience. He currently owns and operates a Beechcraft Bonanza and provides aerial imaging services for the public and private sector. He is also an adjunct professor at Palomar College in the Drone Technology Program.
